Commercially useless! Injured a week before our vacation departure, we contacted this hotel to cancel our room reservation. Faced with a categorical refusal on the grounds that their terms and conditions only provided for a refund if we notified them 15 days in advance, I sent them an email accompanied by a medical certificate and a sick note. Without requesting a full refund (we had planned to stay 4 nights at this establishment after all and had paid them €718!), I would have appreciated a partial refund, the offer of a stay on another date, a credit note, or any other goodwill gesture... Failing that, I simply never received a response. Nothing... Radio silence... I don't think this attitude is worthy of a 3-star establishment!

Ideally located residence, you can do everything on foot. The view from the rooms (upper floors) is breathtaking! The staff was very pleasant. The pool was the icing on the cake! I will come back with pleasure and highly recommend this residence ☀️👍

Very well located and quiet residence, very friendly staff. "Comfort" apartment on the 8th floor very spacious and comfortable, despite some first signs of wear on the furniture, and a balcony clearly in need of renovation regarding the wooden sunshade. But I think this will be planned because the opposite facade seems to have been renovated recently. Comfortable mattresses, only the pillows were too small and soft for my taste... Well equipped kitchen, just missing a cutting board and it would be perfect😁 And finally very well located, seaside and main shops, bars, restaurants just a stone's throw away. The view from the upper floors, even city side with ocean view is magnificent. I will definitely come back for a future stay in Biarritz.
