Welcome to the customer's head and wallet, not at all friendly (boss and employees), minimal politeness. I was looking for the hat or cap that suited me, but it was too much to ask for... I just pointed out that the height of the hats was too high, and I was told that when you enter this store, you need a hat (period), and that aesthetics are not taken into account (translation: look elsewhere!) The cap that I wanted to try on was simply taken from my hands... These people need to change jobs! Ungentlemanly traders, avoid!
